Clinton Hill Apartments

Newark, New Jersey.

Clinton Hill opened in 2011 and is home to 56 families, including homeless veterans. The building was one of the first affordable housing projects in New Jersey to achieve LEED Gold certification. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from Newark and the state.
