Home Simpson will open in 2023 and be home to 71 individuals and families, many of whom are homeless with special needs. Supportive Services will be provided by HELP USA. A portion of the building will be a condo that will be owned by St. Peter’s Deliverance, the church which previously occupied the site. The project was financed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funding from New York City and State.
